Laura graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of Brighton, in 2003. She then went on to complete core rotations within adult and paediatric care at Heatherwood and Wexham Park Foundation Trust. Here she fell in love with the world of Paediatric medicine and rehabilitation. In 2005 she took a more senior role within a Child Development Centre covering the Slough, Maidenhead and Windsor area. Following a move to London in 2006, Laura transferred to Chelsea and Westminster Hospital where she worked as a Specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist for 12 years. Since then she has built up an independent caseload, working privately with clients in their home or educational setting.
Laura has significant experience working in both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation but most recently amongst the neuro-developmental and neuro-disability population. She is Bobath trained and currently specialises in gait analysis and orthotics as well as complex neuro-rehabilitation.
Laura lives near Thame with her husband and two children.
