West Heath School has only one aim - to rebuild young, damaged lives through education.
We are an Ofsted Outstanding (2022), independent specialist school which provides education and support for children with SEMH needs, in particular those whose mainstream education has broken down because of trauma or other reasons. Our therapeutic approach to education enables our young people to reach their full potential and go on to lead fulfilling, exciting and purposeful lives.
The school has approval for 150 boys and girls aged 10-19, providing both day and boarding accommodation and offers a broad range of GCSE and A levels subjects as well as outdoor activities such as DofE and Princes Trust qualifications.
We are fortunate to benefit from the support of our founding patron, Mohamed Al Fayed, which enables us to occupy an 18th century building set in 32 acres of beautiful grounds in the heart of Sevenoaks, Kent.
