Tiny Birds Nursery is a new and refurbished nursery opened in January 2020 to provide, a rich and stimulating learning experience for children aged six months to four years at their most crucial time of development. Tiny Birds approach is child-centred, with safeguarding at the heart of what they do. They will endeavour and go beyond to ensure they fulfil your trust as a provider and carer of your child.
Tiny Birds practitioners and staff are warm and welcoming with a wealth of experience and qualifications. Your child will be assigned to a key worker who will be responsible for their care whilst building their confidence, communications, self esteem and physical mobility. On going regular evaluation and continuous professional development and training staff, will ensure that all the needs of your child are met.
Tiny Birds detached setting offers a bright and welcoming ample space, warm and loving environment with safe secure learning and good quality resources.
Tiny Birds curriculum is rich and unique to each child's development journey, underpinned by the National Early Years Foundation Framework, with the following prime areas; communication and language, physical, personal, social and emotional development. Tiny Birds teaching and learning plans will be based upon playing and exploring, active learning, creativity and thinking critically, this will incorporate a wide range of activities from sensory, cognitive, outdoor, crafts and much more!
