Overview

Pebbles Nursery & Pre-school operates from Nunroyd House, which stands in Nunroyd Park. This means that they have so much space when they need it, for exciting activities such as nature/seasonal walks and sports games. Children can also benefit from exploring the natural world, by studying the animals which live in the park, their habitats and natural objects. They use some of these natural objects for creative activities, such as printmaking or wax rubbings.

Pebbles Nursery provides opportunities for children to interact with one another through a range of activities. Children of different age groups can also communicate through outdoor playtimes. Pebbles places a high emphasis on learning social skills, respecting others and behaving appropriately.
