TNB Garrison Early Years and Play are extremely proud of the seven unique settings all of which are run by very skilled teams lead by managers and deputies all of whom bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to their settings.

All managers are early years trained to at least level 5. Managers are also trained Mental Health First Aiders. We strive to provide our teams with the best training and support possible. Our annual TNB training day has seen early years experts deliver excellent training to our teams.

Our settings recognise the needs of the children, families and communities in which they run. We work closely with outside professionals to ensure we provide high quality childcare which supports each child’s individual needs.
