The owners of the nursery have extensive experience of working in early years for a substantial amount of years and are “hands on” in the nursery.

This building has been renovated from a Church building to create a bright, spacious, homely nursery environment. The nursery has 38 places for babies aged 3 months to 5 years and you will find it conveniently located next to Vets 4 Pets, easily accessed with a private car park.

The nursery is easily accessible for the cobalt business park, silverlink shopping park, direct routes into Newcastle and the coastal areas. With public transport routes within walking distance.

The nursery has an extensive outdoor area where children’s physical development is supported such as climbing and balancing as well as having opportunities for planting, growing, digging and many other sensory experiences.

Little Learners Childcare has exceptionally high standards with both practice and the environment ensuring children have access to a wide range of exciting, stimulating, and challenging experiences and opportunities both indoors and outdoors.

The nursery is often quoted as the “extended family” by many parents.

The environment allows for a lot of natural light and uses natural resources that are replenished whenever required. The nursery is immaculately cleaned guaranteeing the resources and building is maintained to a high standard.

Staff are, without doubt, the companies most important asset and are highly trained.

Their own individual experience’s and skills are fully utilised to enhance the experiences for all children. All staff are fully qualified, DBS checked, hold first aid certificates and are competent in practising this.
