With my first child (5 years ago)we were more than happy with the nursery , but now with our second we see big differences. The owner kept getting more and more kids , with the same number of staff and the service went downhill. Most of the good staff already left and the ones which left are not so enthusiastic about the job. Sometimes they are so busy chatting to each other , that the kids got hurt . Also There is no learning involved as before.
