Overview

At Kimberwood, we believe that children flourish in a small and caring family environment. By closely following the EYFS Curriculum, we ensure that all of our children will have the necessary skills to make a smooth transition into primary school life. 

However, we are also pioneers of a more traditional play-based approach to learning: we believe that fun activities bring positive outcomes. Our children are taught the importance of having good manners, treating others with kindness, listening to others, caring for the environment and looking after their belongings. These principles underpin a bespoke teaching style which encourages individuality, stimulates curiosity and cultivates an enthusiasm to learn. We aim to shape young minds and lay positive foundations for each child to reach their maximum potential.
