At Hopscotch Portswood, we strive to deliver rich meaningful interactions which allow children to be creative, show care and courage. We want our children to be happy, confident and have a clear sense of self and belonging within their world, including their local community. We believe in recognising, and celebrating children as individuals, and extend their learning through their interests, wants and needs. Our desire is that children experience play based learning. Learning that should be fun, engaging and suitably challenging. Adults provide high quality interactions and create meaningful bonds with their children and our families to ensure they are positive role models for learning and provide a home from home experience.
