We provide open ended provocations for learning to promote natural curiosity and to support the children to reach the highest levels of engagement and Wellbeing. Children are encouraged to become independent learners with the highly skilled staff team scaffolding and supporting their learning through significant teachable moments. To implement this our team will interact at the correct moments to enhance learning and avoid interfering in the childrenâs learning. The impact of this approach will be that the children become key to their environments with the provision becoming flexible to their ever-changing needs and interest.
