the lookout for a passionate,
energetic, and experienced Room Leader to join their dynamic team!
Competitive salary between– £28k - £30k + Benefits
Location – Brentford TW8
Full time permanent role - 40 Hours/Week
Rooms Available – Preschool Room - Open plan Nursery of capacity
36 children.
The
Nursery will support and give the training and mentoring required for you to
flourish in this new role. They are looking for someone who is dynamic, is able
to use their initiative and effectively time-manage their day to ensure the
smooth running of the assigned Room. You
will be someone who is mature in outlook, experienced and focused on delivering
excellent standards of childcare with a natural ability to work as part of a
team and always be willing to go above and beyond.
This
is an exciting opportunity to join the team and work closely with the Nursery
Director and Nursery Manager. You will be an integral part in establishing and
maintaining an outstanding reputation and excellent standards. They are looking
for someone who is ambitious and wants to grow with the business as it scales
up, as there will be lots of opportunity to advance your career with them.

Essential
Requirements for
the Room Leader
·
Level 3 or
above early years education/childcare qualification
·
Knowledge of
the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
·
Montessori qualification
or experience will be a plus.
·
Knowledge of
safeguarding and child protection procedures
·
An
understanding of play-based approaches to children’s learning and development
·
Motivation
and aspiration to grow further in early years and take on a more senior role
·
Willingness
to learn and undertake further training
·
Good
listening and communication skills
·
A commitment
to continuously promote a culture of safeguarding
·
A commitment

·
A friendly
