Leader / Third In charge to join our Toddler (2-3s) Room, here
in Forest Hill, London.

Room Leader
/ Third In charge Days/Hours: (Please see below)
- Full
time position (41 hours a week)
- 4
½ days a week (4 x full days 8am-6pm with a 1-hour break and 1 x ½ day
8am-1pm or 1pm 6pm)
- ½
day can vary and you are accommodating for appointments etc
- Please
note we cannot accommodate school hours or term time
About the
Role
In this role, you will support children’s learning and development, following
the EYFS standards to create a warm and stimulating environment. You’ll work
closely with children, parents, and carers, contributing to a high standard of
care and education through engaging activities and a commitment to outdoor
learning.
Room Leader
/ Third In charge Responsibilities
- Providing
the highest level of childcare and early education experiences for all
children in the nursery.
- Working
as part of a passionate staff team and contributing to the running and
development of the nursery.
- Ensuring
that children's learning and development are celebrated with the child and
their families.
- Using
your knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage &
child development to plan and implement interest-led, engaging learning
activities on a daily basis.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold
a minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
- Have
previous experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role
- Demonstrate
a strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices
- Possess
excellent communication skills for interacting with parents and carers
- Be
eligible to work in the UK
