in North West London.
 We are recruiting for a strong Montessori Lead. 
Excellent Salary Package - £29k - £35k PA + Loads of Benefits
Location: Pinner HA5
You must have strong knowledge of the EYFS, good communication,
organisational and interpersonal skills. The Montessori Lead must be highly
motivated and have a positive attitude towards working with children. This is a
full time permanent role with 40 hours/week working with a variety of shifts between the hours of
8am-6pm offering at least one half day per week. Our client has achieved an OUTSTANDING award
from Ofsted.
Your role as a Montessori Lead includes-         
- Being a positive role model to the team - role
modelling extensive Montessori knowledge and practise.        
- To be able to deliver Montessori guidance and
training to the team.        
- To support staff in the rooms in carrying out their
daily routines in accordance with Montessori Philosophy.         
- To participate in the ordering of Montessori
resources, as well as preparing and adapting the Montessori environment.         
- To be passionate, motivated, have the ability to
work well within a team and be able to adapt to a fun and inspiring way of
working. 
Person Specification for the ideal Lead Montessori Directress
- Montessori qualification from MCI /AMI London.          
- Previous experience of working in a
leadership/management position is essential         
- The ability to deliver high-quality practice.         
- Extensive knowledge of the current EYFS and
safeguarding procedures.         
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.         
- Good ICT
skills
