Position: Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Practitioner (Baby Room)
Location: Maida Vale, London W9
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum + 35-45 days of paid holidays + free daily lunches
Hours: 40 hours per week, including paid breaks. Early Friday finishes at 1:30 pm!

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and experienced Early Years Practitioner with a particular interest in the Baby Room. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Childcare: Provide a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment that caters to both individual and group needs.
- Implement EYFS Framework: Follow the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and other relevant guidelines to support children’s development.
- Observe & Report Progress: Track each child’s progress, reporting achievements and development milestones in line with the EYFS.
- Build Strong Relationships: Participate as a key person for a group of children, liaising with parents/carers to foster a strong partnership and encourage parental involvement.
- Promote Safety & Cleanliness: Help maintain the highest standards of safety, security, and cleanliness across the nursery.
- Collaborate with the Team: Assist in nursery events, including parents' meetings and open days, and work closely with colleagues to uphold nursery standards.
What You’ll Need
- Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Childcare & Education, or Level 2 with experience in a Baby Room setting.
- Strong EYFS Knowledge: A thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and its applications.
- Safeguarding Expertise: Experience and familiarity with safeguarding practices, ensuring a safe environment for all children.
