Guided by London's TRIYOGA qualified, Hatha Vinyasa Teacher, Nat Nash who has 15 years experience in the teaching field with children. An ex Primary school teacher and current dance teacher/ choreographer, yoga has become Nat's life which she is passionate about sharing with everyone. Creativity is weaved throughout and self expression is encouraged.
