Come and join me for a yoga session that you can enjoy with your child.
Classes are for 1 adult and 1 child (this is flexible, message Katie if you want to bring more than 1 child) to come together for an hour of fun!
It is a great way to build trust, connection and communication while learning about the body breath and learn mindfulness techniques.
The classes are aimed at children aged 4-8 but this is flexible
Adults please note you will be joining in just as much as the kids!
