Equipment:
1. Put the condensed milk into a bowl and then add the icing sugar.
2. Stir carefully until the mixture is smooth.
3. Add the desiccated coconut and mix thoroughly.
4. Add a few drops of food colouring and stir in.
5. Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands.
6. Place the balls onto a prepared plate or baking tray.
7. Put the tray into the fridge and leave until the sweets are dry.
8. Take your barfi sweets out of the fridge and enjoy!
