The Croydon Pirates Baseball Club was established in 1981. We play Triple-A, Single-A, and Youth-level baseball in the British Baseball Federation, and are proud to boast an inclusive roster of dedicated and talented players from all over the world. We also run a Baseball for Beginners programme to help new players with the fundamentals of the game.
Our home ground is at the Roundshaw Playing Fields in Croydon, a city at the southern edge of London, UK. We have two purpose-built baseball diamonds within the playing fields; one of which was named Dave Ward Field in 2012, respectfully dedicated to a former player from our club's storied history.
New players of any skill level, including beginners, are always welcome to get in touch and come to a training session. We are a diverse, inclusive club, providing opportunities to play baseball to both men and women, boys and girls.
